Here is what I was able to dig up on weather domination. I’m hoping that this is a great appetizer than you can cook up into a whole tasty platter of sch3m3y goods. I want to say that from all of my hour (singular) of research, my understanding of how this works is as follows: There is moisture in the air. Even arid climates have moisture in the air. The water molecules are held suspended in the air but can be burst like a bubble if something acts upon them. The first observation was from the 19th century dude who noticed how it rains after a bunch of artillery shelling and figured that the concussive force breaks that water suspension. I couldn’t find any of the research where they started messing with chemicals, but Seymour Hersh in his NYT article linked below quoted somebody who indicates that they were definitely messing around with different chemicals. Hersh even quotes him as saying that they were able to create acid rain (acid rain panic anyone?) that ruined equipment. Anyway, the chemicals are meant to add to the cloud and make it more likely to burst the suspension state. You can find lots of agencies now that admit to cloud seeding and silver iodide is the popular compound. The public facing commentary is that we are just using it to create more snow pack, but given some of the other information you can tell that these techniques can be very impactful. Public facing commentary also tries to indicate that we put a stop to all of it in the 70’s but some of the comments you see in normie sources came before we even went full weather domination in ‘Nam. Plus, if you read through the ENMOD treaty attached you can see what a bogus display of denial the POS is. It makes me wonder how much of the climate for the past 50 years is natural at all? Maybe part of the wigging out over climate is because they are still trying to reign (rain lol) it all in? Oh, something else that deserves looking into is how Robert Macnamara plays into all of this. The CeeEyeAyylmao ran this show but somehow Robbie was in on it as the Secretary of Defense at the time. It kind of seems like he ramped up the program and immediately became president of the world bank within a year?! Wuht. Teh. Fuhk.
